A representative of the diocese will be attending an evening meeting at St. Margaret
Clitherow, Duffield on Wednesday 18 January 7:00pm. The purpose of the meeting is to outline the context
of the diocese in its recent decision- making with regard to the diocesan process of restructuring for
mission. There will be a presentation and Q&A time. Questions should be submitted prior to the meeting
by Tuesday 10th January, preferably by email, to office@catholic-ambervalley.uk ; alternatively, by post
to Our Lady’s Catholic Church, 12 Gibfield Lane, Belper, DE56 1WA.
As we move forward it is important that we have the wider view. This meeting will be of interest to all
parishioners, not just those who principally worship at St. Margaret Clitherow, as the strategy that our
parish adopts will affect everyone.
