Sycamore Lent Course

You are most welcome to take part in a series of get togethers over Lent using an adult faith formation programme called Sycamore. We are intending to have refreshments available for every session – tea/coffee, cakes and biscuits.
This programme has the following objectives for our parishes:
- An opportunity to bring people together, which they haven’t had for such a long time.
- To reflect on our individual faith journeys as we move toward Easter – especially taking into account our experiences over the last two years.
- A growing of individuals within our faith community to be clearer in what they believe so we can be more effective missionary disciples.
- An opportunity for newer members of the church, or partners of people in our parish, to dabble their toes into something a little deeper – this might lead to “enquiry” regarding the Catholic faith.
The dates and themes are as follows:
• Wednesday, 2 March – The existence of God – 7.30pm, St Margaret’s, Duffield
• Tuesday, 8 March – Who is Jesus? – 7.00pm, St Margaret’s, Duffield
