“Clothe the man you see to be naked and do not turn away from your own kin.  Then shall your light break forth like the dawn, your integrity shall go before you”

Charity is the essence of Christian discipleship.  “Without love I am nothing.” (St Paul) It is the Church’s calling to carry on Christ’s work of salvation, emulating his bias to the poor.  

As more than a million Ukrainian women and children flee from terror in their homeland (a number likely to rise steeply in coming weeks and months), and with many perhaps even more vulnerable people left helplessly in their homes, consider prayerfully today what your response might be.  Below is one way you can assist the Church to help:

Assisting vulnerable people in Ukraine’s conflict zones – Since the beginning of the war in 2014 Caritas Ukraine has helped nearly 826,500 people affected by the humanitarian crisis.  Its work is crucial especially in assisting the most vulnerable, the elderly and children, to receive assistance even in conflict zones.  Follow this link to make a donation:
